Setup is invoiced once. After that you get one flat monthly invoice: the plan fee, plus any minutes above what the plan includes. Unused minutes reset at the end of the month and do not roll over. We can also set a hard monthly ceiling — past it the avatar drops back to a standby loop instead of running up the invoice.
Only the time a visitor is actually in conversation with the avatar. Standing idle on the screen, playing the attract loop, waiting for someone to walk up — all free. For scale: a busy store talks for roughly 80 minutes a day.

Over a month that is about 900 minutes for a quiet store and 2,400 for a busy one; a five-day exhibition comes to about 1,200.
We see every question we could not answer and correct the knowledge base. That is part of the monthly plan and is not billed separately.
The plan renews month by month. Do not pay for the next month and it simply does not renew — the minutes are not credited and there is nothing to give notice of. Setup is the one thing that is not refundable: it is work already delivered.
The solution runs in a browser, so the hardware stays yours and you buy it anywhere. We send the exact models and a placement guide, and check the sound remotely before launch.

Sound is the one thing not to save on: a shop floor is noisy, and the microphone decides both whether a visitor is understood and whether they hear the answer.

A touchscreen, anywhere from 27" to 86", portrait or landscape — a counter-top panel in a small shop, a full-height display in a flagship. Voice is the main way in, but a touch layer earns its price on a shop floor: a visitor can scroll the catalogue, tap through to a product and finish the whole thing without saying a word — which matters when the floor is loud, and for people who would rather not talk out loud in public. A plain display works, but you lose that fallback and part of the interface with it. Behind the screen, any machine that plays 1080p video smoothly will do; many stores already have one.
Internet: a stable 20 Mbit/s or better, wired where possible. Guest Wi-Fi shared with the whole store is the most common cause of a slow answer.
We supply a ready floor stand — touchscreen, audio and tidy cabling, delivered assembled.
Warranty and replacement on failure are included, as are delivery and installation.
Yes. Everything above assumes you buy the hardware yourself, which is the cheapest route — but it is not the only one. We also build the solution individually and hand it over complete: equipment sourced, configured and installed by us, hardware support and replacement on failure, and one point of contact for both the software and the kit.
Our offices are in three countries for now — Dubai (UAE), Warsaw (Poland) and Kyiv (Ukraine) — so that is where we source, install and service equipment ourselves. Anywhere else we specify and configure the kit and you buy it locally; the software side of the project is the same wherever you are.
